Next week I will get my new car, I bought a Kia Picanto!! I'm so excited about it.

Lately I haven't had much time for making cards. Here's two cards with my favorite bear, Teddy Bo. I used some older papers (but still love them) and colored the image with my copics. She's looking so cool I think.

Magnolia kaartje

Vandaag een kaartje gemaakt met een sketch van Janneke. Ze is niet alleen een kei in kaarten maken maar ook in het maken van sketches ;) De sketch is gemaakt voor de club Scrap en Stempel. Sinds kort ben ik lid van deze club en het is daar heel gezellig!!

Ben op het moment weer helemaal van de Magnolia. Het papier is van Kaiserkraft, dat heb ik afgelopen vrijdag gekocht op de KreaDoe. Ook heb ik daar het prachtige (kerst)papier gekocht van Maja Design, daar ga ik straks nog heerlijk mee aan de slag. De stempel is ingekleurd met Copics. Ook heb ik een dynamic gebruikt, gekocht op de beurs. Met vilt heb ik deze uitgesneden en het resultaat vind ik super.

Today I made a card with a sketch from Janneke. She's not only good with making cards but also with making sketches ;) She made the sketch for a club names "Scrap en Stempel". I recently joined this club and it's a club where I feel much at home.

Right now Magnolia's are my favorite kind of stamps. The paper I used is from Kaiserkraft, I bought it at the KreaDoe last Friday. I also bought some beautiful (Christmas)papers from Maja Design, which I will be workig with later today. I colored my stamp with my copics and I also used a Dynamic (also bought it at the fair). I used felt to cut it out and I love the result.

Another challenges started at the Just Magnolia blog. You need to make a Christmas themed card and all you need to do is use a Magnolia or a hÄnglar & stÄnglar stamp on your card. The rest is up to you. So, I thought I'd give it a try. I used a new Magnolia stamp, I bought it at Scrapdelight I colored my stamp with copics and the papers are from GCD Studio (Joyful Peace collection).

Seems like Fall is finaly here.

The colors are beautifull outside and there's lot's of sun this weekend.

I felt like making an Autumn card and what to be used better than a Teddy Bo stamp.

At my dear friend Janneke's blog I found the Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge. Bought myself a digistamp and yes, I think I'm addicted now. Birthday Card

One can never have to many Birthday cards, so here's another one. Last weekend we went to Paris for four days. We made lots of photo's, enough to make a mini album.

That's what I will be doing for the next week.

But first I need to make some more Birthday and Christmas cards in advance.

Fot thuis card I used a Magnolia, great stamp! I used some old scraps I found in a box and colored the image with Copics. The flowers have a bit of Glimmer Glam.

Christmas Challenges {with sketches}

Hi everyone!

I have some exiting news to share with you all!

A little while ago the team of {Christmas Creations} on Clubs.nl, Janneke, Marion, Nicole and myself decided, with Janneke as initiator, to set up a new challenge blog. Of course in the same spirit as the club, so it became Christmas Challenges {with sketches}. We like everyone to participate in this brand-new challenge blog. Aren't we all, at the end of the year, busy making tons of Christmas cards?? Well, if you join us from the 1st of June, using our sketches, you avoid the stress and lack of time in the December month. And you can spend that time with your loved ones.

Another Easter card

Just found this very cute stamp last week and had to have it. This is my second Easter card and I'm planning to make a few more next week. I'm still trying to get better coloring with my Copic Markers. Today I went to the Art Specially Event in Zeist. Bought some lovely stamps and a Jim Holtz Alterations (Tag & Bookplates). I started making tags and will show some results soon. It was very great to see my dear friend Marion E. there and I think I missed her phonecall....... Well, I'm pretty sure we will meet soon again ;)

Also, I'm waiting for some great Lili of the Valley stamps and so much wished they where here........

Gisteren heb ik al een Paaskaart gemaakt met papier dat er volgens mij echt voor gemaakt is! Vorig jaar heb ik wat tekststempels gekocht met Pasen maar ik was eigenlijk te laat om ze te gebruiken. Nu ben ik lekker op tijd. De schattige stempel is van Sassy Cheryl's. Inmiddels ben ik een echte fan van deze stempels.

Yesterday I made my first Easter card for this year. I think the paper I used is ment to used for Easter cards ;) Last year I bougth some sentiments but was to late to use them. This year I'm on time. The very cute stamp is from Sassy Cheryl's. I realy am a big fan of her stamps!

Alweer een leuke uitdaging op het blog van Friday Sketchers. Omdat ik afgelopen week best druk ben geweest op mijn werk heb ik niet veel gescrapt. Deze uitdaging geeft me in ieder geval weer inspiratie. Je kunt waarschijnlijk zien dat ik nog steeds geen Copic expert ben, het gezicht vind ik niet echt goed gelukt.

Again a very nice challenges at the Friday Sketchers blog. Because I've been very busy at work last week I did not get a change to scrap a lot. This challenges gives me a lot of inspriation. You can probably see I'm still no Copic expert, I'm not very satisfied with the face.

Merci kado doosje & fotolijstje

Van een lieve vriendin kreeg ik laatst de een geweldige tip. Op deze site kun je ontzettend leuke malletjes kopen voor een ontzettend leuke prijs. Kaarten, kado doosjes , echt helemaal leuk. Je moet zelf maar eens een kijkje nemen.

Op diverse blogs had ik dit merci doosje al voorbij zien komen dus heb ik deze cutting file besteld en ben er mee aan de slag gegaan. Dit is het geworden:

Pas geleden heb ik in Engeland een stempel besteld bij Lili of the Valley. Superstempels zeg. Afgelopen weekend had ik eindelijk de tijd om er een kaart mee te maken.

Een collega van mij had een kaart nodig om naar een 80-jarige mevrouw te sturen

en heeft deze gekozen.

One of my colleges needed a card for an eighty year old lady and she chose this one.

De sketch van deze week is weer helemaal top. Kijk zelf maar op: Friday Sketchers Vorige week heb ik een geweldige workshop gedaan om met Copics te leren kleuren. Het was bij Scrapdelight en de workshop werd gegeven door Erna. In twee uurtjes heb ik zoveel geleerd, het was helemaal top! Dit kaartje heb ik dus ingekleurd met mijn Copics die ik nu eindelijk met plezier gebruik. Dit is het kaartje geworden:

Friday Sketchers # 136

Alweer vrijdag...... de afgelopen week ben ik ziek thuisgeweest en de laatste twee dagen had ik ook weer zin om kaarten te maken. Bij Friday Sketchers is weer een leuke sketch en dit heb ik er van gemaakt:

De laatste sketch van 2010 bij Friday Sketchers is weer een hele leuke! Ik ben de afgelopen dagen mega ziek geweest door de griep en vanmiddag ging het weer een beetje. Afgelopen zaterdag was ik met dit kaartje begonnen en heb deze net in elkaar geplakt! Dit is mijn uitwerking geworden:

Bij Friday Sketchers is weer een hele leuk sketch voor deze week. Ik heb toch weer gekozen voor een Kerstkaart. De stempel van Sassy Cheryl's heb ik al een tijdje maar had deze nog niet gebruikt. Dit is mijn uitwerking geworden van de sketch:

Omdat ik nog helemaal in de Kerstsfeer zit nog maar een keer een kerstkaartje gemaakt. Afgelopen week heb ik een aantal dezelfde kaarten gemaakt voor een forum en ben helemaal vergeten ze op de foto te zetten. Had wel leuk geweest allemaal dezelfde kaartjes maar dan met verschillend papier, maar helaas.

Vandaag de sketch van Friday Sketchers gebruikt, leuk weer om te doen. Dit is mijn uitwerking:

Eindelijk komt er weer eens wat uit mijn handen! En ik had een flinke stok achter de deur omdat ik weer van die prachtige "hÄnglar & stÄnglar" stempels had besteld en daar hoort natuurlijk een bedankkaartje bij.

Dit is het kaartje wat ik heb gemaakt en op ga sturen naar Zweden. De kaart is gemaakt naar een "matenkaartje" voor de maand december en is gemaakt door Ilona B. Dit is het kaartje geworden:

Double Dutch # 57

De nieuwe uitdaging van Double Dutch is weer ontzettend leuk.

Heb al een ander kaartje er mee gemaakt en nu dan ook

gemaakt wat er gevraagd wordt: een kaart in kerststijl! Soms heb je papier in huis en vraag je je af waarom je het gekocht hebt. Dat had ik dus ook met dit papier. Na het maken van de sketch ben ik toch wel blij met het papier.

Kerstkaart

Het is weer eens iets anders dan rood en groen.

Nieuwe challenge blog!

Sinds een aantal maanden ben ik helemaal verslaafd aan het maken van Kerstkaarten. Al eerder heb ik verteld dat ik lid ben van een club met supergezellige meiden die allemaal graag Kerstkaarten maken. Op die club kreeg ik een tip dat er een nieuw challenge blog is, deze start in januari 2011.

Het is de Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge, misschien vind je het leuk om een kijkje te gaan nemen!

Iedereen heeft wel eens een periode waarin de inspiratie heel ver te zoeken is.

Die periode heb ik nu dus.

Wat mij altijd heel goed helpt is meedoen aan een challenge.

Bij Friday Sketchers is deze week een leuke sketch van Janneke.

Het papier lag al heel lang in de kast en is van My Minds Eye (Laundry Line), de stempel is van Magnolia en is ingekleurd met Derwent en Prisma potlolden.

'T is weer even geleden

Sinds ik een berichtje heb geplaatst. Ik heb eerlijk gezegd ook niet veel gescrapt. Vrijdag ben ik naar de KreaDoe geweest en betrap me er op dat ik wel erg Kerst gericht ben de laatste tijd ;) Kerstkaarten maken vind ik zo leuk en er is zoveel te koop op dat gebied. Dit kaartje heb ik gemaakt voor een ruilmaatje. We hadden afgesproken een tagkaart met als thema Kerst te maken. Dit is de kaart zelf:

DWYT 21-10-2010

Deze keer ruim op tijd......nu maar hopen dat Mr Linky het wel doet zodat ik mijn uitwerking van de sketch kan plaatsen. Het was alweer een leuke sketch op het blog van DWYT. Geweldig om inspiratie op te doen.

Dit keer geen restjes gebruikt, het papier is van g.c.d. studios en ik vind het zelf prachtig papier. Ook voor Kerstkaarten gebruik ik het veel. Het kaartje ga ik opsturen naar iemand die wel een opstekertje kan gebruiken, dus sla ik twee vliegen in één klap. Dit is mijn uitwerking van de sketch:

DWYT # 14-10-2010

Nog net op tijd........... morgen komt er al weer een nieuwe sketch op DWYT. Deze keer een leuke sketch van Nina. Uiteraard heb ik restjes gebruikt,

van Prima Marketing (Steel toe Mary Jane Collection).

Het kaartje ga ik opsturen naar Simone, als bedankje,

zij heeft een afdrukjes swap geregeld op een forum.
Helaas kan ik op dit moment niet mijn kaart op de site van DWYT plaatsen....

hÄnglar&stÄnglar

Vandaag weer eens aan de slag gegaan met met een hÄnglar&stÄnglar stempel. Ze blijven toch wel heel erg leuk! Dit kaartje ga ik opsturen naar de beheerster van de hÄnglar&stÄnglar groep, zij is geopereerd en herstellende van een hernia. Verder ben ik erg druk met de Kerstkaartenclub, het werkt toch wel verslavend hoor. Aan verjaardagskaarten kom ik bijna niet meer toe. Ook ben ik nu alle sites aan het afzoeken naar mooi Kerstpapier terwijl ik dit normaal gesproken pas in november of zo deed.

Kerstkaartje

Wat ik van de week toch meemaak......... Sinds een tijdje ben ik lid van de Christmas Club. Dat is een ontzettend leuke club waar je het hele jaar door samen Kerstkaarten maakt. De beheerster van die club Janneke, is iemand die ik al een tijd enorm bewonder omdat zij zulke mooie kaarten maakt. Ga zelf maar eens kijken op haar blog Janneke's Creations dan zie je wat ik bedoel. Van de week kreeg ik van haar een e-mail met de vraag of ik hun team wilde versterken en ook voorbeeldkaartjes wilde maken voor de club. Dit vind ik zo'n ongelofelijke eer, echt hartstikke tof.

Ik mocht er nog even over nadenken,

maar dat hoefde natuurlijk niet, ik heb dirct ja gezegd.

We hebben nu een challenge waar je een Kerstman- of vrouw op de kaart moet gebruiken en ik vind deze stempel van Sassy Cheryls helemaal top, je vindt de stempel hier.

Uiteraard staan er nog veel meer gave stempels op de site!

Voor de Kerstclub waar ik lid van ben heb ik vandaag een kaart gemaakt volgens een "recept". Het magnoliapapier ligt al sinds vorig jaar in de kast en ik wist eigenlijk niet zo goed of ik het wel leuk vond. Nu ik het gebruikt heb vind ik het superpapier!

Kerstkaart

Deze kerstkaart heb ik gemaakt met mijn nieuwe Penny Black stempels. Voor de Christmas Club moest ik een kaart maken met in ieder geval een kerstboom er op. Momenteel ben ik bezig met herfstkaarten voor het forum waar ik lid van ben, deze kan ik nog niet laten zien, je weet maar nooit wie op mijn blog kijkt ;)
Ook voor de HanglarStanglar heb ik een mooie kaart gemaakt voor de ruilkaartenactie september. Deze is vandaag op de post gegaan en kan woensdag denk ik wel op mijn blog komen.

Sinds kort ben ik lid van een ontzettend leuke club. Met deze club maak je in ieder geval 4 kerstkaarten per maand, meer mag altijd natuurlijk, volgens een bepaalde layout. Het is zo leuk om te doen. Zo kwam ik via deze club op het blog van Femke, zij maakt ontzettend leuke sketches. Het is zeker de moeite waard om eens op haar blog te gaan kijken.

Eergisteren weer stempels binnengekregen uit Zweden. Dit kaartje ga ik morgen sturen naar Annie, die alweer zo lief was deze stempels te versturen naar Nederland. Straks ga ik nog aan de slag voor het bedankkaartje voor Annemieke die de stempels dan weer doorstuurt naar onder andere mijn adres.

Hanglar Stanglar kaartje

Al een tijdje ben ik lid van een Hanglar Stanglar groep. Elke maand maakt iemand een schets voor de maand layout. Deze keer is het weer een ontzettend leuke layout. Dit is al de tweede kaart die ik met deze layout maak. Mijn eerste kaartje heeft zelfs de homepagina van de groep gehaald :)

Weer thuis!

We zijn er weer, na twee heerlijke weken in Yorkshire! Het weer zat ontzettend mee, we hebben prachtige dingen gezien. De vakantie rommel, inclusief de strijk is opgeruimd dus ik kan weer aan de scrap. Eerst ga ik lekker wat nieuwe kaartjes maken en daarna mijn vakantiefoto's in een mooi album verwerken. Dat album heb ik gemaakt bij een workshop van Monique Jacobs en het is weer helemaal geweldig geworden, nu nog de foto's!!
Het resultaat komt uiteraard op mijn blog te staan. Voor nu een wat ouder kaartje dat ik heb gestuurd naar een zieke collega.

Vorige week heb ik helaas geen tijd gehad, deze week heb ik weer een kaartje gemaakt met de sketch van DWYT. De komende weken ga ik dit weer niet redden, ik heb me echter voorgenomen om ná de vakantie elke week de sketch te doen! Ik vind het een leuke manier om inspiratie op te doen en hoewel ik ook wel nieuw papier gebruik is het ook een handige manier om van je restjes af te komen.
